Dr. Maria Montessori believed that young children need "education for life"; that we can give them the keys to open the door of discovery and that passing through that door will allow our children to change the world.  At The Phoenix Montessori School we strive to inspire each child to explore, to create, to learn, to work and to be part of a harmonious social community. Our philosophy allows the children to progress at their own pace in a prepared environment, which enables them to discover for themselves, to do things for themselves and to have confidence in their choices and abilities.  We meet five days a week from late August through May each year.  The Phoenix offers half-day and extended day programs with mixed age groups in each of our classes.  We would be pleased to show you our school!
